All vehicle rentals in Stratford-upon-Avon are governed by a Rental Agreement supplied at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle pickup. 7. Restricted Activities

Transporting hazardous materials is strictly prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Use of the vehicle for purposes it was not intended for, exceeding weight or passenger limits, and driving outside designated geographical areas without prior consent are also violations of our terms.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Stratford-upon-Avon will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will be limited to the total amount paid for the rental over the past 12 months.
